My item arrived with some kind of residue on it, what is that?
When you receive your item, you may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! This is a special solution used for printing and can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle.

I did not receive all of my items in my order, what should I do? 
Because our products are generated in multiple locations across the USA, you may receive multiple shipments.  If you still do not receive the remaining items of your order within 3-5 days, please send an inquiry using the Contact page.      

Do you allow retailers to carry your brand?
Absolutely! If you are interested in becoming an affiliate partner, please use the Contact page and send us an inquiry. We'd love to talk with you and provide additional information!

How secure is the ordering process?
You can shop with confidence and peace of mind as our store is powered by Shopify which provides a secure and encrypted checkout experience. You will notice that the "Shopify Secure" logo is proudly displayed at the bottom of our website.

What is your store's return and exchange policy?
Do to the nature of custom printed merchandise, items can only be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are defective in workmanship. Items cannot be returned due to incorrect size selection by the customer or change of heart. Please double check that you have selected the desired size and color configuration prior to placing your order. You can view the size information in the product description. In addition, if an item is damaged during shipping, please provide a photo of the damaged goods and a replacement will be sent to you. In these cases, you will receive a replacement at no expense to you.

What if something is wrong with my order?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Each item is custom-printed or embroidered with great care and love. As such, most orders are processed within 2-7 business days and may take 3-5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

How should I care for my t-shirt?
Cold Machine Wash (Mild detergent only). Do not iron directly over the design. Prior to first wash, do not iron on the area around the design as well. It is advised to turn the garment inside-out then iron in the area where the graphic resides. Do not use bleach on the garment. Do not dry clean the garment. Also, to ensure color quality and to minimize fading of your design, please laundry your garment inside-out.

How different will the item that I receive be from what is shown on your website?
Images of goods are provided for illustrative purposes only. Due to monitor settings as well as other uncontrollable factors, the actual goods you receive may differ slightly from the image displayed on our website. This may include garment color. Other slight variations may include design size and positioning. In many instances, an illustration of the actual finished product is provided.
